tormented signs in an angel like stare (go back »)

 in the hallow darkness .. in which she searches for light..

Screaming with all her might, though shes never made a sound....

Scratching and scraping at the stone on the ground..

Her withered hands and tattered heart.. with no more tears to cry

since they've all gone dry..

her wings have frayed and turned black

searching for an escape within a crack,

no friends except the spiders that crawl

and shadows on the wall.

all alone inside her tomb

stroking her feathers and singing her tune

while tormented signs wallow in her angel like stare

and strays begin to show in her delicate hair

her eyes no longer shine, and her skin so pale

Her ship of dreams does not  sail
